On the strength of a solid spring, Maryland ranks 10th in the current Division I Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup standings which were released Thursday. The Terps have 807.50 points. Princeton coach Chris Bates confirmed Wednesday morning that midfielder Mike Chanenchuk, the Ivy League Rookie of the Year in 2010, has been granted permission to transfer.
