Perry Hall High in Baltimore contibutes its prized tight end, Dave Stinebaugh to the Terrapins 2009 class. Dave is 6-4 215 runs a 4.5 40 and was rated the 57th best tight end by Scout.com. Dave caught 45 passes for 632 yards and 9 Tds as a Senior. He also tallied 75 tackles and 7 ints as a linebacker. If there is a better high school team in the country then Stu Vetter’s Montrose Mustangs, I would like to see it. Before a packed house including Greivis Vasquez, a myriad of future D1 stars shot, dunked, blocked and passed Montrose to an easy victory.
