Now much to say about the Wisconsin game –Terps did as good as they could but were clearly out manned.

Bortenslager played well considering the tremendous pass rush he was under.

Wisconsin was a 24 point favorite and the Wisc Coach called 2 time outs and kicked a meaningless, classless, FG at the very end of the game. Just Saying. I don’t know, maybe he thought the Terps could score 3 TDs without the ball with 10 seconds left.

– Maryland running backs Ty Johnson and Lorenzo Harrison III combined for 147 yards rushing, but the Terps were unable to upset No. 5 Wisconsin on Saturday, falling to the Badgers, 38-13, at Camp Randall Stadium.

Johnson rushed for a team-high 83 yards on 16 carries while Harrison posted 64 yards on the ground and also caught four passes for 21 yards. Senior Taivon Jacobs led Maryland with five receptions and 45 receiving yards.

The Maryland men’s and women’s basketball programs officially kicked off the 2017-18 basketball season with Maryland Madness Saturday night at the XFINITY Center.

Both teams took the floor for a scrimmage as well as a dance-off between the teams and some lucky Maryland fans.
