The Terps did it today in a 4 hour marathon at Darrell K Royal Stadium in Austin Texas.
There is no denial, I never thought they would win this game. Mason kept telling me the Terps had a great chance because it was Herman’s first game and it will take time for Texas to get used to his system. As well as, Piggy was playing so much better.

It was déjà vu all over again Friday night as junior Sebastian Elney scored the game-winning goal in the 98th minute to lift No. 6 Maryland past No. 15 UCLA, 3-2, in overtime at Ludwig Field.

In an interview, this week Maryland Men’s soccer coach Sasho Cirovski (link on bottom of page) said “The first Friday of the academic year is also known as one of the best nights in college soccer.” Friday night all eyes of the college soccer world will be on Ludwig field where the 6th ranked Maryland Terrapins take on #15 UCLA.
