Senior Shatori Walker-Kimbrough posted 26 points to lead the fifth-ranked Maryland women’s basketball team (7-0) past No. 7 Louisville (6-2), 78-72, in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Thursday evening.
Senior Brionna Jones notched a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds while freshman Destiny Slocum added 13 points.

What was obvious:
3 games in 5 days took a toll on the Terps especially the Freshmen. All 3 looked sluggish and the stats reflected as much.
Turgeon ordered his team to take 2 days off and not even come to the gym.
Coach also reiterated that he welcomed the zone any or every game, believing the shooting will eventually come around.
Once again the bench was quiet though Ceko was 4-4 from the field.
