Unbelievable it took a 2 run HR by Kim to win this game and move their record to 85-71.
So the O’s are 1 game up on Detroit in the loss column and 32 on Seattle.
AS i said Saturday they have to go 4-2 in the final six games to be in good shape for the 2nd wildcard.
The O’s are off on Monday and Kluber faces the Tigers for Cleveland.
That would be 89 wins.
Can you imagine that Jacksonville had the ball twice in our territory after 2 interceptions from #%, with the lead and less then 5 minutes left and still found a way to lose.

I only got to see Arnold Palmer live one time. it was at a charity exhibition match at Pine Ridge w Jack Nicklaus in the early 1960’s. I remember very little of the round except it was extremely good natured fun. Could it be that Carol Mann might have played a few holes with them? Another miserable home game before a 55% empty house, as the Oriole fans had to endure another easy Red Sox victory in their house.
So the O’s now hold the 2nd wild card spot by a tiny thread. 10 games left–you would have to think no less then 7-3 will be necessary for the O’s to secure a spot in the tournament.
2-5 at home in the most important stretch of the season is unthinkable.
