If you have noticed I barely write about exhibition football games. I certainly do not go to them anymore. And this year I barely have watched them.
Ben Watson is now out for the year from an injury that occurred in a totally meaningless game. Tony Romo will miss at least half the season and his career could be on the line.
Harbaugh has suggested that injuries would be less likely to happen in controlled scrimmages or certainly if there … Read More »

BALTIMORE — After watching two of his players get carried off the field Saturday night — including tight end Benjamin Watson, who is expected to miss the entire regular season with a torn Achilles — Ravens coach John Harbaugh was critical of the number of preseason games.
“It’s not the ’70s anymore,” Harbaugh said after the Ravens’ 30-9 win over the Detroit Lions. “These guys playing in these games — it’s tough — … Read More »

Can’t blame this one on Gallardo. Miscues by Manny and Crush in the outfield created the losing inning. Every day there seems to be a new excuse. Somehow only 2 games behind in the loss column. Now we have 4 against –Strasberg, Scherzer, Roarke, etc. 15 HRs in 4 games against Houston and we drop 3 of 4 and finish the season 1-6 vs Astros. Really?

Mcgregor should return to his proper weight .
