For those still watching, there is a game 5 in DC on Saturday evening.

Pittsburgh is so much faster than Washington – it is making the Caps look slow and old.  My expectations, after seeing the Pens and Caps live, is that the Pens have … Read More »

Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens –

Maryland Basketball

What a difference 2 days make–Saturday morning the O’s were 14-8 gliding along–then comes a bullpen collapse, an injury to Britton Saturday night that at least does not seem major, and then JJ Hardy incurs a severe foot injury on Sunday. By the way the O’s dropped the last 2 games. All in a season I guess.

Crazy finish to game 2 in Spurs OKC Game 2 matchup–OKC up by throwing the ball in with 13 seconds left.  Deon Waiters … Read More »

Maryland Football

Observations:

Usually when you lose face-offs 17-5 and ground balls 30-20, you usually lose. Not today –sloppy Hopkins along with tenacious Terrapin defense resulted in a huge win for Maryland.Austin Heninegshen once again sat out the game though he was available to play.

The Terps are 12-2 overall and 5-0 in the BIG 10 with the BIG ten Tourney awaiting.

In the 2nd half goalie Kyle Bernlohr was incredible and keyed the victory.

Brian Cole and Matt Rambo led the … Read More »

Kaindoh’s commitment, while just a verbal, really puts a stamp on the D.J. Durkin efforts.  It shows how excited players are by the defense and adds a push to the DMV to UMD movement.  The Terps have the 15th ranked class according to the Rivals network with 7 … Read More »
