The Terps’ offense looked pretty crisp for the first three quarters but had a pair of sloppy turnovers to open the fourth costing them some momentum.
After the first quarter, Maryland’s defense was nothing short of spectacular.
I’m a little bothered by Bernlohr’s slow starts the last few games. If it continues, that pattern will make for some very challenging games when the competition stiffens up beginning Saturday at JHU.

Got to love this O’s squad so far. 11-5 with little starting pitching but a super bullpen. Hats off the Givens and Brach for stellar performances. Crush had 4 hits and Trumbo 3 RBI hits. Even Kim had 2. Early but exciting.

The name of the team for years has been the Golden State Warriors often wore the City on the uni. The city refers to San Francisco but the team resides in Oakland for a few more games.
