The talk on some of the ball shows today was that Maryland hasn’t beaten a ranked team. Uconn and Georgetown Victories have been diminished by several losses by these teams. One of the reason a victory over Iowa is imperative.
Not in a panic mode—but….uneasy.
Thoughts after both Championship games:
Gronkowski (8 receptions, 146 yards, 1 TD) is spectacular. His 2 catches to set up the 2 pt attempt were off the charts

Simply put it would have taken a huge Terp performance to beat Sparty at home last night. Why? Because Maryland was facing a desperate team that had lost 2 straight at home. Losing last night would have crippled the Spartans chances.
