The No. 1 Maryland women’s lacrosse team is represented by Taylor Cummings, Megan Douty, Brooke Griffin, Kelly McPartland and Alice Mercer on the 2015 Tewaaraton Watch List, as announced by the Tewaaraton Foundation Thursday night.
Each Terp on the list was named a preseason First Team All-American by Inside Lacrosse. Cummings, Douty, Griffin and McPartland were all named 2014 First Team All-Americans, while Mercer was named to the third team.

My take—Entirely different team showed up today at Byrd. The Terps actually scored 8 goals in the first 10 minutes but 4 of them were called back due to crease violations and interference. Rambo was special day scoring 3 and assisting on 2. Dylan Maltz also chimed in with 4 points. Jon Garino was 14-8 at the X. Terps won groundballs 36-22 but still had 22 turnovers.
