I predicted a Colts win over Denver because Peyton is no longer what he used to be. This was evident in last year’s Super bowl and even more so now. Hang it up #18

Rutgers 67 Wisconsin 62 –No Kaminsky however

Early Predictions for this weekend:  Patriots 35   Colts 27            Seattle 20 Packers 17

Patriots and Seattle are 7 point favorites

Would love to see Joe replace Brady or Luck in Pro Bowl although … Read More »

Wide receiver Torrey Smith’s contract expires this offseason, but he doesn’t want to be a free agent.

The local University of Maryland product said Sunday after cleaning out his locker that he would like to re-sign with the Ravens before free agency opens on March 10.

“If I had my way, obviously I’d like to get something done beforehand so I can stay here,” Smith said. “But I understand this is a business and nothing is guaranteed. I’ll … Read More »

The Ravens got an excellent piece of news the day after being eliminated from the playoffs.

Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak is staying with the Ravens.

“It is flattering and humbling to be invited to interview for a number of NFL head coaching positions, and I greatly appreciate these opportunities,” Kubiak said in a statement. “But I have decided to stay with the Ravens.

“This is a special organization and we, like [Head] Coach [John] Harbaugh says, are building … Read More »

“We wanted an opportunity to be able to ID who the eligible players were,” Harbaugh said. “What [the Patriots] were doing was they announce the ineligible player and then Tom [Brady] would take them to the line right away and snap the ball before we had a chance to figure out who was lined up where. That was the deception part of it. It was clearly deception.

Before everyone panics, you are never as bad as you look when you are losing. I do believe that was the case tonight. Remember Maryland is not going to win every game on the road. Dodd was due to have an off game as he had been playing out of his mind recently. The entire team had an off night yet the Terps only lost by 7. The Terps are 14-2 and will be fine.
