The Terps were ready to play today. The long anticipated debut of the #1 recruit in the country Matt Rambo was extremely successful. Rambo scored 4 goals with assists and displayed an extremely high lacrosse IQ. Because of some nagging injuries to Colin Heacock and Tim Rotanz, Sr Mike Chanenchuck started on attack with Jay Carlson and Rambo. The trio produced a 10 goal 3 assist effort.

The highly-successful Maryland field hockey program welcomed four of the nation’s best high school players this week as part of National Signing Day. Carrie Hanks, Layne Litsinger, Moira Putsch and Maddy Ulery all signed on to play for the Terrapins in the fall of 2014, head coach Missy Meharg and her staff announced Wednesday.
