Obviously the selection of a raw talent (Alex Len) as the #5 pick in the NBA has to be an influence on the decision of the top big men in the country. If and when Trayvon joins the 2014 class, it could actually push Maryland up to a to 2 national recruiting class.

Victor “Vic” Turyn, a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation and Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond official who had been an outstanding quarterback at College Park in the late 1940s, died Aug. 11 of heart failure at his Ellicott City home. He was 91.
