What a super performance by the Mustangs tonight in their impressive Owings Mills Complex. Stevenson got out of the gate early and closed the 1st quarter with a 5-1 lead. The men’s lacrosse NCAA Second Round came and went on Saturday, and the Lynchburg Hornets defeated Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rival Roanoke College to advance to the national quarterfinals. In the final eight matchup, LC travels to Stevenson University Wednesday, with the game set to begin at 7 p.m.

It was bound to happen. JJ who has been incredible this year finally pitched a bad inning in the role as the closer. When he gave up the tying run, I was on the phone with freddie stating Buck should pull him. A hit batter and a single later we lost. Save situation tomorrow–JJ is still the man.
