It was Louisville vs Michigan –winner tale all and I had Louisville. Good battle Wayne.
Just a few comments on one of the greatest college games I have ever seen:
Luke Hancock’s 4 threes at the end of the 2nd half changed this game. Why Beilein left Trey Burke on the bench with 2 fouls, for the final 12 minutes of the 1st half confounds me. This is the NCAA Championship. By the way Burke finished with 2 fouls.

Millions of people pay to watch this , so I guess it is worthy of being in the site.
Definitely a very strange game as essentially Adam Jones misplayed a routing fly ball ball with the bases leaded that led to 2 tainted runs. I was a little surprised that Buck stayed with Hammel as long as he did and the lifting him immediately after serving up the game winning hit. Nolan Reimhold might have tweaked his hamstring. Not a good Saturday and Sunday for the Birds but it’s REAL early.
McGarry and Fair were both on the Terps watch list.
