Tremendous Coaching Win for Mark Turgeon who seems to have righted the ship after an 0-2 start in the Big Ten. The team played ferocious defense and found its offensive rhythm in the 2nd half to get it’s 1st Top Ten upset in 4 years. Poor free throw shooting and a large size differential was the difference when the Purdue Boilermakers defeated the Maryland Terrapins in West Lafayette, 73-70 on Christmas Day.
