The Terps sports weekend is packed this weekend. I guess the headline game is Terps v Kentucky in basketball. That one is tonight at 8:30p. There are significant “win or go home” type games for Soccer and Field Hockey. Of course there is a football game, Terps at Clemson. Also, the #5 women’s basketball team is starting the season as well. There are two big news items, 1st the Terps star forward, Dez Wells has been cleared by the … Read More »
There is just nothing to say. Facing the #10 team on the road with your best player out and a freshman LB playing QB says it all. It will be a long day in Death Valley. It’s just not fair!!!!

Fact: I don’t remember a Terps who can take it to the hole as strong as Dez can
Fact: NCAA experience is a major plus–know how to win

[Director of athletics] Kevin Anderson and his staff were phenomenal through the whole process. This is utterly fantastic news and immediately changes the 2012-2013 Landscape of Terrapin Basketball. Now I am counting the seconds until Frday’s matchup with the Evil Empire (Kentucky).
Much more analysis tonight.
The vote was close and I will never understand why. Millions of dollars will be generated for the state.
