I took this week off to decompress a little and recover from my depression about the Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse programs not getting to the promised land. However, Final Four appearances and Championship games can never be taken for granted. It was a stellar year for Maryland Lacrosse and the Terrapin nation should be ecstatic that both of our programs performed so admirably. Forgive me for being greedy and wanting more but that’s just the way I am.
As the 2011-12 years winds down with only a few events left, my thoughts turn excitingly to what I believe with all my heart will be a turnaround season for Randy Edsall and the Maryland Football squad. The O’s fell out of 1st place losing to Tampa 5-0 behind a masterful effort by David Price (a Bakich disciple at Vanderbilt). The bats have just wilted lately as the O’s have but 1 HR in the 5 games.
