Here is my take on the whole Bowl situation. I am so happy the Terps went 8-4 and 5-3 in conference, the snubbing of Maryland by the Champs Bowl, or Sun Bowl will not upset me greatly.  However it makes no sense that the Champs Bowl, the seeming pick of Maryland would choose NC State an inferior team to the Terps.
