Check out zagsblog for the latest on Lance. He show no leaning or favorite team but despite the Maryland naysayers from New York, my hunch is that he is waiting to see if the NBA rejects Greivis. Just remember , Lance never eliminated the Terps. I am not obsessed with Lance, except everywhere I go that’s all people ask about. That was of course until Terrence Ross verbally committed.

Within a few minutes of finding out about Terrence Ross’ verbal to the Terps, I called Stu Vetter, Terrence’s coach at Montrose to tell him of my absolute joy in hearing the info. Maryland Basketball

From Terrapintimes.com comes a major Basketball story. Terrence Ross, an incredible 6’5″ 2 Guard from Stu Vetter’s Montrose Christian School has verbally committed to the 2010 Maryland Class. I have seen this kid play and he is INCREDIBLE. Terrence has all the moves, tremendous court sense, a good jumper, and can jump out of the gym. Along with Terrell Spoglin Maryland’s 2010 backcourt will be one of the tops in the nation. Much more on this story tonight.

If there is a better high school team in the country then Stu Vetter’s Montrose Mustangs, I would like to see it. Before a packed house including Greivis Vasquez, a myriad of future D1 stars shot, dunked, blocked and passed Montrose to an easy victory.
