Revenge is Sweet for Steve Smith Sr–as Ravens Demolish Panthers 38-10

Is this really the Ravens offense. Oh what a difference Kubiak makes. Ravens Nation witnessed a well oiled offensive machine utilizing every receiver (except Jacobi)  and tossing in a great mixture of run and pass to roll out 5 yes 5 offensive TD drives. Everything was lead by Sr who hauled in 7 passes including 2 for TDs.  Justin Forsett is a pleasure to watch and has been a more then ample halfback for the Ravens so far.

As usual the defense bent but never broke finally getting a few sacks and exerting pressure on Cam Newton.

As I was watching the game I could not figure out which was a dumber move, the Ravens trading Anquan for nothing or the Panthers  releasing Smith. In 4 games Smith, SR  has gained over 400 yards. Speaking of Smith, Torrey caught his 1st TD pass of the year although 2 clear TDs were disrupted by pass interference.

The kickoff is becoming absurd as Justin Tucker continually boots the ball out of the endzone.

Todd Heap was installed in the Ring of Honor at halftime and lavished praise on the owners of the team.

Pittsburgh lost to Tampa in the final 7 seconds as Mike Glennon (yes that Mike Glennon from NC State) lead the comeback victory for the Bucs. Tomlin was ballistic post game criticizing the stupid penalties that cost the Steelers the game.

Kudos for Giant Foods for a great pre game display and giveaways of their specialty foods.

Terps win 37-15 and Ravens win 38-10, Orioles are preparing for the playoffs–All is well in Charm City.
