| ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Chesapeake Bayhawks have signed midfielder / attackman Colin Heacock in a three-year deal, starting October 1st, 2018, through the 2021 Major League Lacrosse season. Heacock, a Maryland graduate and member of the 2017 Maryland Championship team, has spent both years of his Major League Lacrosse career with the Bayhawks, having been selected with the 11th overall pick of the 2017 Collegiate Draft.
In the 2018 season, Heacock appeared in 15 games for the squad, scoring 40 points, 25 goals, and 14 assists. “I think Colin is one of the best young players in the league, and is going to be a rising super star,“ said Head Coach, Dave Cottle. “Being a local kid who played at Maryland, he embodies what the Bayhawks are all about.” |
