Terps Waltz To a Relatively Easy 77-63 Win over Rutgers —Now 12-3 overall and 3-1 In Big Ten Play

As has been the case for most of the year the Terps got off to a slow start tailing 13-7 after 10 minutes of play. But then led by Bruno and Stix, outscored the Scarlet Knights 33-7 the rest of the half to take a 40-19 half time lead.

Bruno in my my my opinion was fantastic once again, finishing with 10 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists (mainly to Jalen) and 2 blocks. Jalen closed with 16 points and 6 rebounds.

Defensively the Terps held Rutgers to 37% shooting from the field.

15 assists to 11 Turnovers for Maryland

Ayala and Serrell Smith each scored 11.

Clearly the Terps took care of business today.

Next up is Minnesota on the road on Tuesday.
