duke-prediction.WMA Maryland attempts to secure a 2nd consecutive upset, when they host the Blue Devils at Comcast tonight at 6:30. The Terps certainly have a great chance for victory for the following reasons: Duke does not have the guard speed advantage that has led to most of the Terp defeats, Gist and Osby should be able to control the glass, the Terps have been able to hold most teams under 40% shooting and the the Terps have no fear of the Blue Devils winning 5 of the last 7 encounters. The Lady Terps suffered their second defeat in double overtime at the hands of the North Carolina Tar Heels. Several costly turnovers late in the game and in the 1st OT led to the undoing of the Lady Terps. Kristi Tolliver scored 20 points with 14 assists and played the entire 50 minutes.
