O’s Drop 12th Straight Sunday Game—Terps Football Gets 12th Verbal

George Sherrill failed to get a called strike 3 to end the game and then before you know it Belliard hits a 2 run walkoff HR to win the game for the Nats. Despite the horrific loss, the O’s came home 41-39 ruining another great job by Guthrie. Is it time to look to add some punch in this lineup. Carlos Delgado is on the block as well as the all time HR leader, Barry Bonds. Though Cintron looked better in the field this weekend—move Mora to short, Huff to 3rd and one of available guys to DH. Just speculation but it sure is more fun watching the O’s these days–THANK YOU MR MACPHAIL.

Terrapin footbal has received its 12th verbal committment this weekend as the 2009 recruiting class looks extremely promising with 2 stellar QBs in hand. Sean Mosley joined the the Terps in some pickup basketball Sunday night night at Comcast. Adrian Bowie looked razor sharp and might just breakout this year.
