Ravens Lose But Boost Optimism

An excruciating loss, but I have to admit this team is much better then I ever imagined. Some of my observations in a 23-20 loss.

When I saw the replay of the endzone pass to Mason, I screamed for a replay. What in the world were the guys upstairs doing. It was obviously a td.

Is Willis too fragile for a 20 carry tailback. I believe so. His presence in the lineup is crucial. Let’s see him split time 60-40.

Derrick Mason’s sideline manuevers brought back memories of #82 (Raymond Berry) for all of you young guys.

#7 for Pitt does not go down easy.

Can the Ravens ever get through a game without a personal foul?

Maybe a rookie QB can win!! Flacco was superb in the first half, fell victim to rookie mistakes in the 3rd but led a gallant tying drive in the 4th.

Jaws might have been right about taking the wind in OT. In essence, the steelers barely moved the ball all game. Also the kick return team was way out of sync.

Has time finally caught up to Stover? Can he hit from 50? Can he ever put the Kickoff out of the endzone. He is still  Mr Automatic inside 35. Is That Enough?

#52 was awesome as usual but I never remember hearing his number called for penalties twice in the same game.

Is Derrick Mason our only receiver? Is #86 finished?
