Let’s see: Jin Soo Kim officially joined the team on Tuesday. He had a total of 3 team practices under his belt. Kim plays 20 minutes, scores 20 points, shows a fearless ability to drive to the hoop , moves great without the ball, generates tremendous energy, all the while having a poor shooting day at what he does best–nailing 3s. I will not temper my enthusiasm, this kid was great!!!!!!!When he entered the game the entire building was energized. Some other observations :
Landon Milbourne played played like the Captain he has been selected, going 9-15 with 7 boards and 20 points.
Eric Hayes is back after his disappearance last year —15 points , 5 assists, only 1 TO.
Adrian Bowie was everything Gary had been talking about, 6-7 from the field with a strong floor game.
It was great to see 2 Baltimore lads start, though neither Dino nor Braxton hasd an exceptional performance.
The team scored 104 points wthout Greivis and Sean. Buckle up, it’s going to be an interesting year!!!!!!
