Let’s analyze why tonight’s game becomes so important for Maryland. First and foremost the confidence shattering loss against Duke needs to be wiped out of the minds of the Terps, especially Greivis. Looking at the schedule, Maryland has its next 3 homes games vs BC, Miami, and the Hokies. None will be easy but Maryland will be favored to win all 3 which I believe is a must if somehow they could eke out 9 wins. With NC State, Georgia Tech and UVA on the road, 2 wins would be need. That leaves 5 brutal games of which 3 are at home and 2 more wins would be required, Difficult, yes impossible no. But the road starts tonight against BC. How’s that for optimism Mr Bruce Levin.

The Maryland women vaulted back into the top ten after the great win against UNC Sunday. A belated happy birthday to future son-in-law Paul Levin and Paul please remind your brother that I guaranteed the NCAA Title for men’s soccer which brought a response of “you are dreaming” from the freshman UVA lad.
