What a devastating way to end the season!!! Down 2-1 with 7 minutes left North Carolina threw caution to the wind, pulled their goalie and launced a frontal assault on the Terps, first tieib g the score at 2 and then winning on a penalty corner with 11 seconds remaining.I guess a 2nd place place finish and an ACC Title will haveto sufffice for a team many believe was the greatest Field Hockey team in USA history. Remember Katie O’Donnell returns to lead the troops in her senior seaon.
