There is a lot at stake for our young Coach on Sunday. Many believe the lack of discipline of the team falls on his shoulders. Is he running the asylum or are the players. A win and he is in and completes his 2nd consecutive year in the playoffs. If that is not good enough for most Ravens fans then they better wake up . He would be 22-13 in his tenure and that is pretty damn good. But lose and miss the playoffs and the questions of his leadership will fill the airwaves. Win and we are 3 games away from a shot at the promised land. One factor that will hopefully be in his favor, Oakland can’t stop any team that can run well. If Jared Gaither is back, this team will win no matter how many stupid plays it commits. More tomorrow.

Obviously Jared Gaither must be the second coming of College Football Hall of Famer and NFL Hall of Famer Jim Parker and future NFL Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden.
