It’s really sad to watch Gilbert take himself down. Where was his guidance? Where were his friends? I just don’t get it. After all that has happened with the guns in the locker room, etc it seemed like Gilbert was trying to right a sinking ship by cooperating fully with the authorities. But then in Philadelphia he pulled the finger shooting gag. That seemed to be the last straw for Commisioner Stern, who responded with an indefinite suspension for Gilbert. We might not ever see him in a Wizards uniform again.

might be the best thing to happen to the wizards since they were called the bullets and drafted monroe and unseld in back to back years. there is now a good chance arenas’ contract will be void and the wizards if they can get a little (or very) lucky in the draft pick john wall of kentucky. this team needed to be broken up and this is a good start and it might save the team a lot of money.
