If you ask anyone in the soccer know in Baltimore, Marquez Fernandez is one of the elite players in the country. He is one of 5 signees for 2010. The Terps are already benefitting from the services of Patrick Mullins and Gordon Murie, who enrolled early this spring. Maryland will also welcome Marquez Fernandez, Tsotleho “Sunny” Jane and Jereme Raley this fall.
