The NCAA will announce the brackets and participants for the 2010 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. through an online-streamed selection show on the NCAA’s Web site, NCAA.com Six of Maryland’s 10 starting wrestlers have already qualified for the NCAA Championships by securing an automatic bid at the ACC Tournament, which took place March on 6. Steven Bell, Alex Krom and Hudson Taylor all won individual titles at their respective weight classes, with Taylor being named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament. Kyle Johnand Josh Asper both reached the finals at 157 and 165 pounds, respectively. James Knox clinched the final automatic bid at 125 pounds by finishing third in his class.
