Katie Schwartzmann Nails game Winner as Lady Terps Move to 10-0 In Lacrosse With 8-7 Win Over James Madison

Freshman Katie Schwarzmann scored the most important goal of her young collegiate career Saturday when she nailed the game-winner with 5:56 remaining to lift No. 2 Maryland over No. 20 James Madison, 8-7.  Schwarzmann’s third goal of the match came via an assist from Brandi Jones who joined the freshman with a team-high three points on the day. Sarah Mollison, Caitlyn McFadden, Karri Ellen Johnson, and Kristy Black also tallied a goal to move Maryland to 10-0 on the year.
