Pe’Shon Howard Shows He is Ready For Prime Time—Haukur Palsson is Gary’s Kind of Player

It is no wonder Pe’Shon started 3 years for Oak Hill and Coach Steve Smith. In the 4th quarter, he put on a passing show rarely seen in high school. The part that is a little eerie is that the incoming Terrapin wears #21. I am excited already!!! It will be interesting to see how the Hawk does when incorporating himself into the Maryland lineup. He is certainly fundamentally sound and perhaps too unselfish. But like Sean Mosley, the Hawk always seems to be in the right place at the right time.

if pe shojn continues to improve his game as apass first point guard, meaning running the offense-passing-penetrating and dishing it off and running the break he will exceed vasquez. i’m not saying he can score a great deal or take over an offense and make shots left and right…just playing as a pass first point guard the guy will be one of the all time great terps. he has a tremendous feel for the game.

I read that Howard is solid, and him and Stoglin will be a great combo.

However, I have read 3 or 4 reports now that said Paulson, from that game, and his last 2 HS games, has showed nothing as far as shooting, or athleticism.
One guy even went as far as to say that there is NO WAY he is a ACC player or a D1 player.
Where are we getting the confusion from?
The only decent thing I read was someone said he made a nice pass.
    That really scares me.

Again though, it isn’t the gaurds. gary just can not get bigs. We get crushed on the boards in the big games, and it makes us terribly inconsistent. We will not get passed the 2nd round if we don’t get bigs, and soon.
Next year might be a regression.
