The ACC Tournamnet returns to College Park this weekend. The Terps could get a chance to get even with the #2 anDd #3 team in a 48 hour period. First up fot the Terps is Billy Bitter and the North Carolina Tar Heels. One month ago the Terps were stunned when the leading scorer in the country did not play. In my opinion their game plan was thrown for a loop and they could not get their act together losing 9-7. The rematch occurs 7:30 Friday night. Duke tries to beat UVA again after upsetting the Cavs last Saturday night at Klockner Stadium. Lacrosse doesn’t get much better then this doubleheader.
On Saturday postgame, Coach Pietramala praised Maryland in an interesting way. He said that individually the Terps were not overly talented but this was the BEST tean he remembered Maryland having for a while.
