Junior Travis Reed set career highs with seven points and five goals to lead the No. 3 University of Maryland men’s lacrosse team to a decisive 18-10 victory over Colgate at the Indians Rock Day of Champions event at Manhasset High School. Hometown product Ryan Young returned to his alma mater and had four points on two goals and two assists. Grant Catalino and Will Yeatman each had three points on two goals and an assist apiece. The Terps move to 11-3 on the season and will now await the NCAA Selection Show to see who they will face in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Maryland is expected to be among the top four seeds in the tournament and host a home game in the first round on May 15 or 16.
