Terrapin seniors racked up eight goals as No. 1 Maryland routed No. 12 Dartmouth, 17-6, on Senior Day Saturday. Tewaaraton nominee Caitlyn McFadden led the veteran charge with four goals, including two within the first five minutes of play. The senior class also picked up two scores from Brittany Jones and one apiece from Jenny Collins and Kate Faas. Sophomore Kristy Black added a hat trick on the day.The senior class of 2010 – including Taylor, McFadden, Jones, Faas, Collins, Allie Perkins, Abby Caso, Meg McGarvey and Amanda Spinnenweber – was honored prior to Saturday’s first draw. Maryland will learn its NCAA Tournament seed when the bracket is announced between 10-11 p.m. Sunday on CBS College Sports. The Terps boast the top-ranking in both major polls as well as the best RPI in NCAA Division I.
