Three Terrapin field hockey alums – Katie O’Donnell, Keli Smith andLauren Powley – will be in Washington D.C. next week for a week-long series with Team USA. The Americans will face off against the team from Argentina for five games at American University for the Clash at the Capital. Maryland head coach Missy Meharg said, “This is certainly exciting to have Argentina and Team USA play right here in D.C. This passionate hockey rivalry has become one of World’s Hockey’s greatest continental matchups. On behalf of the University of Maryland we wish team USA all the best.”
