I watched this team 5 weeks ago and never thought they could win any championship. The Bayhawks finished the season 6-6. But tenacious defense by 2 ex-Terps (Cinofsky and Megill), faceoff domination by Alex Smith, and an attack line comprised of mainly ex UVA guys gave the Bayhawks another 13-9 win. Here is an interesting fact—Dave Cottle became a consultant to the team and guess what –the man-up offense became unstoppable.
