Junior Jasmyne Spencer scored the game’s lone goal in the 68th minute to give the No. 5/8 University of Maryland women’s soccer team a 1-0 victory at NC State Sunday afternoon. The victory moves the Terps to 11-1-1 on the season and to 3-1-1 in the ACC. Maryland now has 10 points in the ACC and currently sit in third place.
