The second-ranked Maryland field hockey team topped No. 1 North Carolina 3-2 in front of a crowd of over 1600 Saturday afternoon. Junior Jemma Buckleyscored the game-winner off a penalty corner with 2:27 remaining and senior Katie O’Donnellscored twice. With the win, the Terps (16-1, 5-0 ACC) clinched the top seed in the ACC Tournament Nov. 4-7 in Winston-Salem, N.C. The Terrapins have won their last 10 straight ACC regular season games, dating back to 2009.
