It always bothers me when our opponent’s top stars are out well in advance of the game. This would be a great set up if the game was in College Park but believe me the Hurricanes will be ready Saturday. Though it seems like the stars are beginning to align in the favor of the Terps, the backup QB is excellent and Miami probably has 3 or 4 4 stars at running back. It will take a supreme effort to pull off the upset. Randy Shannon is beginning to hear the whispers of a disgruntled fan bas. He commented on the condition of Damien Berry:
“He’s just getting healthy,” Shannon said of Berry. “He was sore, banged up and stuff. He’s been banged up for about maybe the last 2 ½ weeks. You know what? You just can’t keep trying to keep going and going and going. It gets tough on him.” “I don’t [want] to make it get worse than what he is. He’s already kind of nicked up. Precautionary measures and stuff like that. We’ve got backs right now, so our numbers are OK.”
