After tonight’s game Gary reminded everyone that this was only game one. Yes Pe”Shon and Stoglin showed why they were so highly thought of —but Seattle exposed some flaws in the Terrapins game. Yet still it is hard to believe you could score 105 points with 29 turnovers. A quick analysis of each player:
Cliff Tucker–16 points 7 reb in 25 min–solid game
Dino–8 points 6 reb –solid yet quiet
Jordan Williams 17 points 15 reb —running the court the way he is—proves he has stepped up his conditioning level
Adrian Bowie—foul trouble early—9 points –but 7 turnovers
Sean Mosley–6-8 from the field 21 points4 rebounds–4 assists–excellent game Berend Weijs–3 blocks in only 4 minutes audio from Sean Memo-19
Mychal Parker–acrobatic stuff
Palsson, Levent, Pankey—quiet
Stoglin 15 points including 9-9 from line—–5 assists but 4 turnovers
Pe’Shon–5 points, 8 assists—very solid on defense and floor game
Big Game Wednesday—arguably the toughest non-conference home game of the year
