Terps Coast to Easy Win Over Maine 89-59

Some observations of the Terps final regular season tuneup before major game against #4 Pitt.

Cliff Tucker’s turned on the jets for 16 first half points basically ending any chances Maine had for the day.

Dino Gregory fouled out in 17 minutes contributing 6 points and 3 rebounds. Co Captain Sean Mosley was held scoreless but have no fear his offense will return.

Adrian Bowie was bolstered by a call from Greivis telling him to relax, (according to terrapintimes.com). He responded with his best game so far, scoring 9. with 5 assists and 0 turnovers. Terrell Stoglin scored 14 on 5-7 shooting showing aggressiveness and total confidence in his offense.

But again the big guy Jordan Williams got his 5th double double in a row scoring 21 with 11 rebounds. As long as he continues to play at this level, Maryland will be able to win any game they play.

Gary seems to have some confidence in Haukur Pallson who scored 8 with 4 rebounds and impresses all with his physical play.
