The 23rd-ranked Maryland women’s basketball team (4-1) beat East Carolina (2-3) 76-60 Friday night in the Eighth Annual East Carolina Thanksgiving Tournament. Sophomore Diandra Tchatchouang led the Terps with her first career double-double of 13 points and 11 rebounds. Tchatchouang shot 4-of-6 from the field and was 5-for-7 at the line. Junior Lynetta Kizer led all scorers with 16 points, as she was 5-for-11 and shot 60 percent at the free throw line. Freshman Alyssa Thomas scored 14, 12 coming in the second half.
