Fantastic! And #24 in the Coaches! I was stunned when I saw it in the paper this morning! Maybe you can help answer a couple questions: How many years in Ralph’s tenure did the Terps end up ranked in the top 25 (in either poll)? And will Ralph get an incentive payment (which I’m sure his contract included) or was it nullified by his firing and severance payment?

My assumption is that Ralph will get everything that was in his contract. After all he was let go. He surely received full payment for his last year and proobably every incentive level he reached—ACC Coach of the Year, etc.
