All The Glory Ends in Sorrow—5 Quick Crucial Questions Facing The Ravens

Today was the final straw as we watched the Jets play a much more disciplined style then the Ravens, resulting in a decisive win over heavily favored New England. Yes the AFC  Championship would have been in Baltimore, an event that has evaded the Ravens franchise. Baltimore is heartbroken, again.

#1 Cam is definitely on the hot seat.  The offense needs that next step, one that doesn’t include checkoffs on EVERY 3rd down play. Ray Rice doesn’t have to touch the ball 30 times a game.

#2 #74 needs to be moved back to Right Tackle where he flourished. The running game was not the same this year. We must go after a Left tackle and that is assuming that Jared Gaither is not back at 100%. Even if he is, we at this point we cannot rely on his presence.

#3 TJ must go. His 4th down drop was inexcusable as were his many drops throughout the year. If Mason is not with the Flacco program, the let him go. His antics should not be permitted.

#4 The Ravens need another rush end to complement Terrell Suggs. Imagine how much more effective #55 could be if he wasn’t always doubled up.

#5 The Jets beat the Ptriors by beating up Brady. Please dump the 3 man rush forever.
