Lady Terps Fall to FSU 72-66 on the Road

No. 16 Maryland fell short of No. 16 Florida State 72-66 at the Tucker Center Sunday afternoon. Freshman Alyssa Thomas led the Terrapins (21-6, 7-5 ACC) with a career high 26 points while junior Lynetta Kizer added 17 points and 10 rebounds.Thomas was 11-for-22 from the field and added six rebounds and two steals. Kizer shot 50 percent from the field as well (8-for-16), and notched her eighth double-double of the year. Kizer has hit double figures in in 10 of 12 ACC matchups.
